About Adrien
WA Business Valuations
Adrien brings more than a decade of experience in business valuation, corporate finance, and advisory for small and medium-sized companies. His background spans corporate finance, international business strategy, manufacturing process improvement, business development, and financial analysis.
Through his work with Insight Advisory Group and WA Business Valuations, Adrien has supported owners through valuation, reporting, sale preparation, and transaction-related decisions. He has worked with businesses where the numbers looked strong on the surface, but the real question was harder: what would a buyer actually believe, pay for, and accept once the business was tested?
That is where many owners get caught.
The number they have in mind is often shaped by emotion, effort, hearsay, lifestyle needs, or what they believe the business “should” be worth. But buyers do not pay for effort. They pay for transferable earnings, reduced risk, clean information, and confidence that the business will continue to perform after the owner steps away.
Adrien’s role is to bring discipline to that conversation. Not just what the business might be worth, but why, to whom, under what conditions, and what could cause that value to change once diligence begins.
The Work
WA Business Valuations helps owners understand the value of their business before the market does it for them.
The work is not just about producing a number. It is about giving owners a clearer view of the financial, operational, and buyer-facing factors that influence value. That includes understanding maintainable earnings, normalised profit, key risks, market expectations, valuation methodology, and the issues that may affect buyer confidence.
It exists for one reason. So owners can enter a sale, succession, or planning conversation with a realistic view of value, not a hopeful number that falls apart when buyers start asking harder questions.
At Exit Ready
Adrien takes the middle session, The Reality. He shows owners what buyers actually pay for, what kills deals during diligence, why many valuations are inflated, and what he is seeing in the market right now
